<description>Not enough people bake gingerbread any more. We used to have a great time at my Grandfathers house every Christmas making ginger bread men and decorating them with all sorts of weird and wonderful designs and then of course eating them! We used to try to make them to hang on the Christmas tree but generally they didn't last up there very long. Great fun and this seems like a very easy to follow recipe. Thanks.
